Rajesh started his career as a sales executive in Mumbai. After his PGDM with IIMA, he had a flourishing career in the advertising industry. He worked with some of the best advertising agencies and helped develop leading national and international brands. Hoechst, HSBC, Orange, Godrej, Kama Sutra condoms, Eureka Forbes, Pepsi, IBM, Symantec, and many more. For nearly a decade, he worked as the head of communications for major telecom and IT organizations, handling brands like Orange, IBM, and Airtel.

RUMI SIKDAR

FOUNDER

Rumi comes with the strong background and experience of having worked for both the corporates as well as the development sector since 1993. She holds a Post-graduate degree in Sericulture from Bangalore University and Entrepreneurship Development program from IIM Bangalore and currently pursuing her Ph.D. Rumi has worked with organizations like Dr Reddy’s foundation (DRF), Sense International (UK), Centre for Environment Education (Ahmedabad), and The Action Research Unit (TARU).
